Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Copyright Notice

By submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Applied Sciences, Management Technology, and Education Research (JASMTER), the authors confirm the following:

  1. Ownership and Originality:
    The authors affirm that the manuscript is their original work and does not infringe upon any existing copyright, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights.

  2. Exclusive Submission:
    The authors certify that the manuscript is not under review or consideration for publication elsewhere and has not been previously published in whole or in part in another journal, conference proceedings, or other formats.

  3. Copyright Agreement:
    Upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication, the authors agree to transfer copyright of the work to JASMTER. This copyright transfer allows the journal to publish and distribute the work in print, electronic, or other forms, ensuring its availability to a wide audience. Authors retain the right to:

    a. Share their work (e.g., in institutional repositories, on personal websites) with appropriate acknowledgment of its original publication in JASMTER.

    b. Use the published material in future scholarly works, including books and presentations, with citation to the journal.

  4. Open Access Policy:
    JASMTER operates under an open-access policy, meaning that all published articles are freely accessible to the public. By agreeing to publish with JASMTER, the authors consent to their work being distributed under a [specific license, e.g., Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY)], which permits others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.

  5. Author Responsibilities:
    The authors agree to take full responsibility for the accuracy of all content and data presented in their manuscript. Any ethical considerations, such as obtaining permissions for third-party materials, have been addressed prior to submission.
